3D Product Presentation
A real-time can becomes the visual anchor of the launch experience without turning the entire page into a heavy WebGL demo.
01 / Portfolio Project Fictional brand / Portfolio concept
A cinematic product experience for a fictional energy drink brand, combining immersive 3D product presentation, motion design and a lightweight e-commerce interface.
01 / Overview
VOLT is a fictional, portfolio-led DTC energy drink concept developed to explore how a high-impact product can feel tactile, clear and commercially usable in the browser. The experience connects real-time 3D, a modular flavor system and a lightweight shopping flow.
02 / Challenge
The challenge was to make an invented product feel coherent enough to belong in a real launch. The can, flavor hierarchy, product language, motion and commerce interface had to operate as one system — not as a sequence of disconnected effects.
03 / Experience
The experience is structured around the product itself, with each interaction reinforcing flavor, function and the feeling of controlled energy.
A real-time can becomes the visual anchor of the launch experience without turning the entire page into a heavy WebGL demo.
Pointer, wheel and keyboard input let users rotate, open and explore the product with clear interaction feedback.
Electric Lime, Zero Grape and Cosmic Cherry each shift color, atmosphere and product messaging inside one coherent system.
GSAP transitions, responsive reveals and deliberate pacing create energy while preserving hierarchy and usability.
Desktop and mobile compositions are designed deliberately, with lighter fallbacks where real-time effects would add unnecessary cost.
Flavor selection, pack configuration, quantity controls and a demo cart turn the concept into a commerce-oriented product story.
04 / Technology
A Flask and Jinja foundation serves a Vite-built TypeScript frontend. GSAP shapes the motion layer, while Three.js is isolated to the interactive product scene and paused when it is not needed.
05 / Design System
The system balances a near-black studio environment with a sharp electric-lime signal. Every visual decision supports the product rather than decorating around it.
Condensed display type delivers impact; a clean grotesk and compact metadata keep product information legible.
Electric lime acts as the primary signal, supported by dark neutral surfaces and flavor-specific secondary accents.
Controlled highlights, metallic reflections and restrained glow give the digital can a tangible studio-lit presence.
Fast entries settle into calmer movement, translating energy into a controlled interaction rhythm.
Layout, interaction density and visual weight adapt by device instead of simply scaling down the desktop composition.
06 / Interaction
The can is treated as an interface, not a background object. Users can rotate it, trigger the opening sequence and move between flavor states, then continue into a lightweight case configurator and demo cart. Keyboard controls, reduced-motion fallbacks and viewport-aware rendering keep the interaction usable beyond pointer-driven desktop browsing.
